BIM Catalogue examples:

A BIM catalogue as a work tool.
Construction industry professionals are using real product BIM files to incorporate in their projects, with increasing frequency. Brand product BIM catalogues allow professionals to improve work efficiency and add manufacturer approved technical, as well as graphical and commercial, information to projects.
The use of brand product BIM catalogues saves design and product information verification time. This is because the product manufacturing company is the one providing the ready-to-use information directly to the professional, consequently improving decision-making and sale orders.
A BIM catalogue as a sales tool.
A BIM catalogue is an innovative sales and marketing technique. A BIM catalogue acts as a tool that the manufacturing company can use to have their products included in projects, adding real information and improving tender times.

BIM as a bussiness opportunity.
There is a growing demand to develop projects in BIM. BIM improves work-times, generating saving in design, construction, and maintenance. These reasons make that each professional that works in BIM is actually at the forefront of the industry, is highly competitive and can participate in new business opportunities at better economic margins.
This market trend presents a direct opportunity for manufacturing companies to get involved in BIM. Potential product specifiers or users are construction companies, architectural, and engineering offices. They demand these types of catalogues in order to continue developing their projects, which in turn incorporate the brands of the included products.
The demand for BIM catalogues is generated by the need to incorporate product files with real and reliable quality information into a project. With this formula, manufacturing companies can take advantage and participate in generating greater sales opportunities.
